Data Deletion Instructions

1. Users Registered With Email & Password

If you created your ConvertUni account using email/password, you may request full account deletion by contacting:

Please include the exact email address used during registration for verification.

2. Users Logged In With Google Account

If you signed in using Google Login, you can request deletion of all data associated with your Google-linked account by emailing:

Email: support@convertuni.co

Please specify:

• That you logged in via Google
• Your Google email address

3. Users Logged In With Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login, you can also request full data deletion by contacting:

Email: support@convertuni.co

Your message should include:

• That you logged in with Facebook
• Your Facebook-associated email address

4. What Happens After a Deletion Request?

Once verified, we permanently delete:

• Your account profile
• Email/password credentials
• Google or Facebook authentication tokens
• Conversion history or usage logs linked to your account
• Any stored metadata directly related to your profile

Your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
