2. Description of the Service

ConvertUni provides automated online file conversion tools that allow users to convert documents, images, audio, video, archive files, and other supported formats.

All file processing is performed automatically by our systems. ConvertUni does not manually review, inspect, or modify uploaded files.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

You may use ConvertUni with or without creating an account. Certain features may require authentication.

Supported login methods include:

• Email and password authentication
• Google sign-in
• Facebook sign-in

When using third-party authentication, you authorize ConvertUni to receive basic profile information required to create and manage your account.

4. File Uploads, Processing & Storage

Files uploaded to ConvertUni are used solely for the purpose of performing the requested file conversion.

Uploaded files and converted output files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted from our servers after a short retention period.

ConvertUni does not access, analyze, or retain the contents of uploaded files beyond what is required to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, convert, or process any content that:

• Is illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes intellectual property or copyright laws
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Is intended to exploit, abuse, or harm systems or users

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to ConvertUni without notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, design elements, branding, and technology used by ConvertUni are the exclusive property of ConvertUni or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Premium Plans & Payments

ConvertUni may offer premium plans that provide additional features, higher limits, or priority processing.

By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

Refund requests may be considered within seven (7) days of purchase at ConvertUni’s sole discretion.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

ConvertUni strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertUni shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
