Are my uploaded files stored?

No. Files are used only for processing and are automatically deleted within one hour after conversion is completed.

How long are files kept on your servers?

Converted files are stored temporarily and permanently removed within a short time window, typically under one hour.

Which file formats are supported?

ConvertUni supports a wide range of document, image, audio, video and archive formats. Supported formats are updated continuously.

Is Google or Facebook login secure?

Yes. We use secure OAuth authentication. ConvertUni never sees or stores your password and only receives basic profile data for login.

What are the file size limits?

Limits depend on your plan. Free users have standard limits, while Premium users can upload larger files and batch conversions.

How fast are conversions?
